Seat Removal

Alrighty, I can get to the back two torx head bolts but not the front, any ideas on how to move the seat farther back to access them? 92 Wrangler

I guess I am a little confused. My seats had two that were accessed from the cab and two that you had to remove from under the jeep. So in other words two were more like studs that attached to the seat and the other two were standard bolts.

im not sure. i didnt have any problems removing my seats. they came out with a little help of the impact gun.

That's how mine is as well. Thanks to massive oil leaks in the past, the nuts were not rusted at all! LOL.

Was true for both the passenger and drivers seat if I recall.

I should clarify, they are the bolt holding the seat to the frame.

After you take off two of the bolts, you should be able to move the seat forward or backward on the frame like you would if you were adjusting your seat while sitting in it. That should give you access to the other two bolts.

I pulled my seats out with the risers attached and then pulled the riser off the slider, then slider off the seat. Replaced both seats this way in under half an hour.
