Meguires "Scratch X" is suppose to be pretty good. Its a relatively new product i think, comes in a black tube.

scratch remover

i have been using Meguiars's Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Cleaner (#17 in white bottle) and Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Polish (#10 in Blue/Grey bottle). There is also Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Maintenance (#18 never seen in stores) that is available. I picked up my last bottles at a NAPA store in AZ. They work really well, just becarefull not to get to much on top fabric.

Try some Pledge (original formula) .. it does wonders for plastic windows. Its basically a light wax .. fills the gaps, smoothes out the plastics and makes it easier to see through.
