On the floor pan issue you can cut it out and weld in some sheet metal. On the other picture that is your rear trac bar I believe...I would not waste the money fixing it. It already rotted away from the axle just go ahead and unbolt/cut it off from the frame and throw it in the trash. Your leaf springs do the same thing that trac bar does and you don't need it on there.
I would be more concerned about the condition of the frame with that yj. You look like you got some pretty bad rot going on...No doubt from all the salt they put on the roads up north (I believe I saw Michigan in your sig). If your frame is rusting out real bad I may think about cutting my losses and not drop too much money in a sinking ship

No -- Frames actually pretty good..
No real holes just some light rust -
Yea the salt is horrible ..
That track bar snapped off .. you can kinda see the shear point..
Anyway.. I dont need it... ??
My biggest hole that im concerned about is the drivers side pan.. the passanger is spotless for some reason..
And the exterior body isnt the best .. But IT WAS $300 !! How Could you turn that down !

The top along is worth more than $300 I'd say you got a deal no matter how far gone it is. So long as the frame and drivetrain are in good shape I'd say it's worth saving.

Your other option (for the floor only) is to cut the patch to overlap half an inch around the edges, drill holes through where it overlaps and screw/rivit it down then just do a very good job sealing and painting the area.

Thanks..
That 1 spot in the pan is really the only bad spot..
Besides some exterior spot rust..
But i expect rocks and tree's to do way more damage then the rust !

I'd be more concerned that it's missing the left hand pedal in this pic ..
Make sure you cut out all the bad rust before putting in new metal ..
The rears you can cover with diamond plate .
