Round LED lights for the rear of my YJ. Question?

I am going to put some 3" (not sure correct size) round LED lights in the rear of my YJ. I was told I will get a fast blink? How do I fix this?

Thanks.

Yes, I did a search. Forgot to add I found this link.
LED Tail Light Turn Signal Modification
It says I need a Tridon Stant EL-12 flasher in place of my existing flasher. Anyone have a part number?

Thanks

Skip the Tridon unit, mine failed in a years time and wouldn't work with LED's all around (I'm running front LED turn signals as well) Pick up the Blazer electronic flasher from Autozone -- Seems to be a much beefier unit, and works with LED's on all 4 corners.

Any auto parts store will have the EL-12, if you don't see it, just ask for an electronic flasher.

For reverse lots of people use some cheap off road lights mounted under the bumper, that's what I had for a while. When I built my new bumper, I integrated some 2" LED's into the bumper.

Don't remember the seller, I went to eBay and typed in 2" LED's. They were about $20 for the two lights, grommets, and pig tails. I sent MeanMax some oblong ones I was originally gonna use, someday he'll stop fixin' everyone else's stuff and build his bumper to show off.

Just to clarify, Blazer is the manufacturer for the flasher unit, its not for a Chevy Blazer. Pick up the correct flasher for your YJ made by Blazer.

The ones I got are DOT approved. I also noticed that the ones you posted have 9 red led's and mine have 18 leds for red.

Although, I do like those, I am glad I got the DOT approved ones and they are brighter with double the leds.
