any advice on where to make the cut in relation to the 3 holes?
Do most armor corners have the light in this position?

I believe Max said at the being of the write up where too. I can take some measurements from what I did if that helps. There's not much room for error on the drivers side.

took a pic from the piece I cut out.

it's between 15/16ths and an inch. it'd go towards the 15/16ths as you have not much room on the upper side when you drill your hole. my pilot hole is right below the upper hole. the oval is where the wiring came through to the old tail lights. double check before you drill as it wouldn't be good to cut into your inner tub there. hope this helps you out some.

How have the leds held up over time? I hear people complain about them burning out quickly so you have dark spots in the light.

I actually list some exact numbers in my other 4" LED writeup. I wasn't so thrilled on the way this one came out, so I made another thread when I did my wife's YJ.

So modest too.

Seriously though, your write ups are wonderful, thank you for taking the time to do them!
