did you reset the computer after installing all that? (disconnecting the battery, then restarting the vehicle and letting it idle for 5-20 minutes..)
the way to pull codes is turn the key on-off 3 times.. then the engine check light with flash codes.. and you can read the codes outta your haynes manual which lists them..
rough idle is one of several things.. plugs, cap, rotor, wires, throttle position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, or O2 sensor..
since you've already replaced the cap, rotor, and plugs.. i'd look at the other 4.. hopefully it's something simple like O2 sensor, wires, or the TPS..
it's my understanding that the CPS is a pain to replace..
