Rough Country Spring Over Perches

Rough Country spring perches are drilled out to 5/8. 3/8 center bolts are 1/2.
I know the center pins locate the axle for center and to keep it from moving.
Yes once the ubolts are tightened down it shouldn't move but it will hitting bumps rocks can move it back or forward which will through off the alignment.

Darin at Rough Country says thats normal. The factory doesn't have a sloppy hole.
Is there special center pins with 3/8 threads but 5/8 head?
