to address some issues others forum members have had with my comments, i mentioned in my original post the blame is not 100% on RC, but they didnt help much, and only added to my headache by telling me my only doorway is thru JM, i do however appreciate our forum member from RC offering to help, but i honestly believe were beating a dead horse, ill try but it wont make a differance, unless RC bypasses JM and i can work directly with them, im not wasting any more time with JM, i have better things to do with my time, chasing ants in my yard would be more productive!! illl send them pictures, and they can have the old springs when i take them off, i dont care, but as of now, RC has lost me, and my cousin (the stock gray TJ in my gallery were going to lift soon) and who ever i talk to because of JM and their own technicalities surrounding order numbers, they should keep names on file, its just as easy and impossible for customers to misplace or forget!!, i had a customer database in my business too, so no one can tell me theirs a differance between numbers and letters when it comes to database entry, my impression is, RC is a " buy it and pray nothing goes wrong" type of company, and ill say it again, because of thier resellers.. but you know what, they picked their resellers!! not me!! hell!! maybe ill become a reseller for them in NY just to show JM how its done the right way!! but anyway
and by the way, the original invoice that i received from JM was a payment confirmation from paypal..NOTHING MORE, NO order number of any kind, apparently JM kept it in house, as a matter of fact, it was on plain paper and faded due to low ink on thier inkjet
as far as their newer springs that others have mentioned...
ok, so what? what differance would it make to me?, or 93jeepyj, or anyone else for that matter, after all the aggravation and added expense cause they cant offer a resolution fast enough and waste my time, request UNREASONABLE requests, like send the springs back so we can evaluate them first!! and drive people crazy,
my YJ is a DD, they originally wanted me to take the springs off and send them back to them for evaluation!!!! are they insane!!!! did they try that with anyone else!! thats what started my aggravation with them in january cause i actually had to consider driving my 9 mpg dually DAILY so i can put the jeep on stands until they felt good and ready to " ASSIST " me in " MY " problem,
no company is 100%, nothing is perfect, but its expected to be able to work something out in a reasonable and logical way, dont waste my time with nonreturned calls and emails and finally give the impressions youre assuming im a 15 year old that is going to plead and kiss you a** to get something for free!! it doesnt work like that, even if i was a 15 year old, if youre wrong, YOURE WRONG, admit it, rectify the problem (or atleast try!!) and move on
and by the way, i forgot to mention in my original post that i too, sent multiple pics back in January showing that my jeep looked like i had 1000 pounds in the back seat.. we finally concluded i didnt have to send the springs back, but that was it, they never called back!! and it was always "have to find your order", " archives in another building", "my head is itchy (scratch scratch)", "my tummy hurts", "we were out 4wheeling", "weve been closed for a few days" dont work weekends anymore".. c'mon!! NOTHING!! didnt return my calls or emails, so.. i finally gave up...
until now.. the problem is back...... AGAIN!!
