Well it's nice to hear good things, I used to have a RC kit for my old 88 ranger, and to be honest, it sucked. I just got my YJ and from this thread, I will be giving RC a second chance.

/edit: And may I add that I really like the RC lift, it rides decent and is holding up great (has been on the Jeep for probably 2 years so far, no sag from what I can see).

The part number on the 4in springs are 8010 Front and 8011 Rear. Warranty does not transfer from original purchaser but if you need springs you can email me and we may work out something. We have 1.5in kit and the spring numbers are 8009 and 8012.

That's what I like to hear!

I'd much rather buy a slightly lower quality product from a company with excellent customer service than a better product from one with bad customer service. It makes a huge difference.

I just did a 4" RC and 1 1/4 shackles with 33's and my garage dooris 7 foot and i had about 3-4 inches to spare

Really without having them set next to each other you could never tell but if you had them next to each other you could tell the new ones are much better quality.

Hello just picked up my R/C lift very happy so far, my 2 cent's why dont the lift company's give you front and rear spring bolts? I ran around for 2 days before finding the bolts i had to cut. Everone I spoke with had to cut the main eye bolts due to rust, maybe it's just a north east problem.. and again no big deal just my 2 cents. thanks jason

Get MORE Boomerang Shackles....they come with greasable bolts

so i bought my kit in march 2007 from jcwhitney(unhappy with them). thay said it was shipped on march14 2007 directly from vendor. do i have the old or the new springs? i have to admit, i've not installed the lift by now.
for what it's worth, i have a friend that's very happy with his 6"TJ lift...
