i have the 4'' RC kit on my 95 wrangler. when i first installed it it held up ok. now the rear springs are really sagging bad. when i just hit road bumps the tires hit the fenders. i have taken it on the beach a lot but no significant wheeling that would kill the springs. i was curious if the springs are covered under warranty.

no i doesnt come with new shackle bolts, you got to use your old ones. that sucks you had to cut them off. i sprayed them with pb blaster, than hit them with an air hammer and they popped out. that was just for the frame side of the spring, the shackle side slid right out

Ok I just got out of a quality control meeting on this kit and we pulled one off the shelf and went through every sleeve, bolt, bushing ect. and they were all right, the people who got wrong hardware must have been one out of the 3 or 4 that were sent out. We strive to have 100% accuracy but unfortunately a few will slip through the cracks. If you ever receive a kit and you are missing hardware make sure to call 1-800-222-7023 and we WILL take care of you.

That said, if you want to ship me a kit with the new springs at a really nice discounted price, I will install them on my stock rig and report to everyone here how they are doing.
I'm considering one for the same reasons. RC can you confirm if we buy a lift now through a dealer that it will be the new sourced springs??

Just got four new springs in, i checked this set there is about 1/2 in difference in spings from end to end, will install hope i have no problems out of these with jeep saging to one side, You guys are great about sending springs ,but you need to do some checking on springs before you send them out, make sure thay are all the same size.

WOW 14 pages of nothing but Rough Country. I got my 4in kit 5 weeks ago and its being installed as we speak. Hope that I was one of the lucky ones that got the new springs. Hope to never have to deal with customer service but if i do im happy to know that they have great people working to make the custmer happy.

Props RC keep up the good work.

If you buy the kit now you are GUARANTEED to get the new springs, we send out THOUSANDS of these kits every month and very very few of them ever need to use the warranty.
