An attempt at civil colloquy is never a waste of my time.
Especially if one, or both of us come away from the conversation with a more open state of mind pertaining to the subject of disaccord.

If that is so, then I need a full time desk job at your facility. I handle about 50 PM's a week regarding RC and your products.

Bout to be getting a new Jeep for the girlfriend and even though RC is the cheapest crap around I will absolutely not be letting her purchase anything from them. Rubicon Express all the way. better quality, better ride, a real warranty and good customer service and springs that dont bend and or snap like twigs if they see anything bigger than a pothole.
You are fully entitled to your opinion man, but the thought comes to mine that you need to open your eyes a bit here.

YES, the vendor has admitted these notes:
1)The previous supplier was shipping GARBAGE for springs, THAT HAS BEEN RECTIFIED
2)The customer service HAS IMPROVED TEN FOLD.
3)In the last year, we have had at least 2 new sales reps from them PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE just to help explain what has been going on and what has changed
4)With over 250 members here now running the "NEW" RC springs with little to NO ISSUES whatsoever, I would think that comment alone would make you want to at least agree that things have changed.

Yes, you had a bad experience, but don't sit here and trash talk a good vendor/product now, and make it look like their product is still crappy because you are in the wrong there.

Once again, I am simply trying to get you to open your eyes/mind to the thought that maybe they have changed. I am by no means saying you cannot voice your opinion or that what you went thru was not fact, at the time.

Thankyou

-Rusty

Hey Ryan, I PM'd you for a quote on shipping to Italy, forgot to ask - does RC have official resellers in Europe? That might cut shipping cost, which I expect to be a *****...

Thanks
