Rotella is great oil.
I use 15w40 Diesel Oil made by REDLINE synthetic, works great, last's a long time.

I used Valvoline premium blue in my diesel. after running samples, rotella would break down after 2500-3000 miles, whereas the valvoline was good for 6500 or so miles. I used mobil 1 filters as well, they were on par with K&N filters from the research that i did and cost a cpl bucks less.
