How high should my rockers be with a 3.5 inch superlift springs and a 1.5 inch BL and new 33's and hard top and full doors?

Stock is 18" (From the top of the forum stickies for YJ FAQ)

Math as follows: 3.5" for lift, 1.5" for BL, 3" for tires (assumes stock shackles since you didn't specify):

~26"

You'll have to just use your judgement on the weight from a hardtop and doors. There isn't a formula to incorporate that. Plus this doesn't compensate for differences in tire MFG heights (there is huge variation in what is actually a 33" tire between the MFGs)
