retainer clip for rear brake

I am having an extremely hard time removing this how do you do this?

If im thinking about what your asking for there is a screw driver that has a twist end that pushs the spring and pops the pin.

is it the clip that holds the pads on? If so, get a pair of needle nose pliers and grab the outside, push it down, twist 90 degrees and pull it off.

no its for the rear brake extension for the rc 4' lift. are the any tools i can use other that special tool you recommended

Flat head screw driver, dikes, hammer....anything really.
