Jeepr4me hit the list perfect. The fuel is your worst enemy if it has been sitting in there for that long. Dump the fuel in the tank. DO NOT START IT WITH THAT FUEL! Clean it out. Clean the carb. Check for spark and fuel at the fuel pump. When you have done the things Why J suggested, look at doing the nutter bypass mod. It is the best thing you can do to make your heap more reliable.
