[QUOTE=Firefyter-Emt;15208711]Has anyone come up with a nice way to modify the windshield bars to be a quick disconnect to remove the whole bar? I want to keep them in the Jeep, but make they removable quickly in order to drop the windshield. I was thinking along the lines of something that uses quick release ball bearing pins.[/QUOTE

has there been a write up of how to remove and replace the nutserts that hold the bolts which go into the frame for a transfer case lowering kit?

I was looking for basic info and decided to check the faq first, but the entire transmission section is all manual transmissions, except a note about 32rh replacing tf999.

I just ran all new vacuum lines to my 4wd switch, but I'm not sure of the direction of the check valve on the yellow/white hose. Does anyone know off hand?

1990 timing chain 4.2

It would great to have a write up about the timing chain replacement issues regarding the damage to the inside of the cover, cam bolts, chain snubbers/guides etc.

Is rustywrangler ever coming back around? I had submitted a writeup since he asked for an exhaust writeup.

He pops in from time to time. I could really use a volunteer to organize this though.

So do you just need someone to maintain a new FAQ listing, and maintain new submissions and stuff? I could probably handle that

Basically to compile writeups as in this forum and get them ready to be published to one of the stickies like jbolty's list.
