I would love to see how they handle the amperage you need for a good weld.

From my research, I can spend a grand on a Premier power welder, or make my own ready welder. Everything in between seems to be weak. Beings, I don't plan to use the welder everyday, and the fact that my Jeep has dual batteries, I'm going to make a stick weld-Ready welder. If I need it, I can pull my batteries out of my Jeep and do my welding. No wear and tear on the engine electrical system.

Lifter/Cam install...
Is there a wright up already out there for lifter and cam replacement/install for the 2.5L? I searched around and found a a lot of discussions on whether or not to replace the cam but no diy wright up. This seems like a pretty common fix so I was surprised there wasn't one already.
I am doing a manifold included exhaust refresh on my 90 yj 2.5l in a couple weeks, I will try and document everything and see if I can come up with a wright up soon.

I've been looking for a writeup of how to remove/replace 3 belts in my 88 wrangler v-belt engine. There's one that I found, but all images are removed. I have the FSM that shows my belt setup, but no instructions as to HOW to remove them. From my cursory inspection, I can't figure out how to actually REMOVE the belts. Loosening them I think I figured, but the actual removal gets me..

So when I started with my 2.5" lift via OME leafs and sky jacker shocks, I got lots of advice that my wedges to tilt my differential would be plenty of compensation for the problem of pinion angle. So now I am replacing my first yoke strap with a better unit and trying to deal with my end result. Pics to follow.

Although I'm a frequenter of this forum I am still prone to making mistakes...
I can't find *the perfect* write up for diagnosing a clogged CCV system and how to stop "oil in the breather". We have many threads on it but it isn't in the FAQ's. I think it should be in the FAQs.
I will be fixing this sometime this week and offer to make an official write up if one doesn't exist which can be linked in FAQs.

Windshield bar quick disconnects
Has anyone come up with a nice way to modify the windshield bars to be a quick disconnect to remove the whole bar? I want to keep them in the Jeep, but make they removable quickly in order to drop the windshield. I was thinking along the lines of something that uses quick release ball bearing pins.
