Replacing Transmission need some help-93 yj 2.5l

Hey everyone im in the midst of trying to get the transmission out of my jeep and the only thing standing in my way is disconnecting the clutch line, i have no idea on how to remove this.

Ive attached a picture of the fitting in question, my haynes manual is not being very helpful in this situation so any advice would be appreciated.

Push that black plastic sleeve in you pic into that housing then pull them apart. It's a quick disconnect style connection.
