Replacing Hard Top Windows

The side windows in my hard top have popped out after a rather unfortunate experience moving to a new house. The movers transported the top on it's side, and the windows have come out completely. Is there a trick to getting them back in, or do I just jimmy them in with a stick?

Thanks,

Scott
