replacing fuel rail what should I do?

Just bought a fuel rail off ebay to replace my very rusty one. It comes with injectors. I have the 2.5L so should I install the 19# injector upgrade or clean what I have and run the stock ones or forget cleaning them and just buy new stock injectors?

Thanks

I would just put in the rail you bought to start. See if it is ok then worry about the upgrade to the 19's later.
