I put a set of Sparco Torino 2 seats in. Modified the passenger bracket by removing 10 degrees from the front, had to fab up the brackets for the drivers side. A lot of seats come with an incline on the bottom cushion, mine with 10 degrees, so I made my brackets basically parallel at 0 degrees to make the seats very similar to the factory angle.
I got a set of '06 Mitsubishi Eclipse seats for free for helping the owner of a scrapyard out of a mud pit. Was gonna go with some Chevy Aveo seats (looked water proof'ish) until I noticed the blood! Once I get to it, I'll post pics and a unintelligible write up. So far it looks like a minor process to get them to work.

I can see that a lot of the older model swaps are "doable" but, what about the JK? Any swaps for us? My seats suck and i would like to find another option besides dumping 1200-1500 on Mastercrafts.
08" X, 2DR, Jeep Green, RIPP Gen II Supercharger, Custom painted graphite MB Stryker 16" wheels, 35" Dura-Tracs, flat fenders, XRC Front bumper w/ XRC 8 winch, Superchips Flashpaq, Safari Straps, OME/ARB MD coils, Bilstein 5100's, JKS front and rear track bars, Superior 5.13 gears, Detroit True Trac LSD, A to Z Fab Rock Sliders
I got a set of front seats from a Kia soap bubble and put them in. I had to fab four 3" x 1 1/2" tabs out of 1/4" steel which were welded to the seat sliders. I drilled and welded in four 3/8" #8 bolts which mounted to the original Jeep risers just right. The onlt thing I noticed is that the seat tips into the center a bit, so I'll have to put a few spacers on the inside to level up the seats.
I just bought a pair of KJ (Liberty) power leather seats. So far, the install has been fairly straightforward.
Here is the seat loosely bolted in place- same height as the originals!
I had to remove the electric motors and slides and grind off a couple brackets to make them fit. Then drill two new holes.
I may re-drill the holes back a little to keep the seat from hitting the roll bar.
I will need a couple of washers to shim everything out. It won't take much.
Those Liberty seats look realllly nice! If only the back seat would fit as well....

I went today and found seats from a '96 Sunfire. Bolted right up. I was afraid they wouldn't fit with my center console, but they fit like a glove. Very comfortable for my 50 mile commute to work. Only issue I have is the rear sits a little too high so I need to put some washers in to correct it.
