i have my sway and rear track bar removed on stock sua springs with 2 inch lifting shackles. it rides smoother than it did before and it has quite more body role which i dont mind

You'll really have to drive it without to see if you need it or not. Some say yes, some say no. It's kinda like asking if you like blonde or redheads better. Most could probably do without either, but it can be fun with at least one or sometimes both them !

every jeep is different.

factors such as shocks, springs, tires, wheels, and how worn out your bushings are will all effect it.

try it and see for yourself.....

If you still drive it everyday, maybe leave the swaybar on and get some discos for offroad use. But as was mentioned, drive it and see what you like.

Is there any danger in removing either the track bar or sway bar? I dont think I have to worry too much since I am running the Pro Comp leaf springs.

I suggest you try it with the swaybar on but without the trackbars and see how you like it. You can always put them back if you don't like it....I think my Currie shackles with poly bushings do a good job of keeping the axle from moving lateraly and the trackbars aren't neccasary. Stock shackles and worn out rubber bushings might need be different.Try for yourself and make the decision on what you feel is safe and correct for you and your Jeep.

personally I like the looser ride I got by removing the rear trac and front sways. I still runa front trac but its on a bolt on bracket that is pretty bendable so it is sort of half effective. I want to get a JKS telescoping front but I might just try and figure out a disconect for it instead. or just yank it and see if its too loose.

I do have quick release on the front sway bar. I will try and remove the rear track bar and see how it drives.
