hmm, I had a similar look to mine, but when I put my new wheels and tires on it doesnt appear to do this anymore. any photos of what it would look like underneight if i have a problem?

Around here people almost give away D35's, so it shouldn't be a problem. An 8.8 is the way to go though. You should always upgrade when replacing a part on a Jeep...(at least that's what I tell my wife)

I also notice you have a 4 cyl...and you can get 8.8's with disk brakes, limited slip and 4.10s that would be a great enhancement to your rig. They come off of Ford Exploders, which should be in every junk yard from coast to coast...lol.

Believe it or not, there isn't a junkyard within 2 hours of me with a freakin 8.8 and 4.10's! I have only been able to locate one Disc axle! I am on the lookout though, so if anyone knows of one close to me.......
