I found stock plates on line but I was hoping I could find heavy duty flat plates to use with thicker u bolts. I hate the recessed nuts a pain to work with. Has anybody had issues wit stock plates? What about cutting a reinforcement plate to add to to?

Oh here is a picture of my jeep, a day at the beach. I tried this once at the beach and realized I could use technique at the deer lease. With my back rack on I can bury the back tires in the soft sand and just roll deer and hogs on without busting my butt to pick them up
