REAR END POPPING TO SIDE AT VERY SLOW SPEED

MY 99 WRANGLERS REAR END POPS TO THE DRIVERS SIDE AT VERY SLOW SPEED, IS THIS NORMAL? :confused IN CALIFIRNIA

Right off the bat you need to check your U joints. If you have any lift at all. other then that pull your wheel and drum and take a look C .
