Rear Bumper with Reciever

Hey all,
Looking to build a new rear bumper for my YJ. It must have a trailer hitch reciever in it so I was thinking of using 4"x4"x3/16" square tube? The real question I have is, how are you guys keeping these big bumpers on? As mentioned many times, the rear frame is not very stout, so what are you using to re-enforce the rears? Pictures are appreciated!!

Thanks all!
