It's a combo block. It takes the soft rubber hose coming off the hard steel brake lines and splits the flow of brake fluid to both drums.

I got mine at Oreilys. They are a pretty generic part.

Buy a new rubber brake hose at the auto parts store, it comes with one of those already installed.

Even if you live in Buttstink IL, they can order your parts and have them in a day or two.

Then you need to go to a different store. This is a common, most of the time universal part for light trucks.

If the parts store can't tell you what parts are correct for your Jeep, they are mouth breathing Idiots and you should find a better place to spend your money.

Any of these will fit a stock YJ axle -

Jeep 52004152
AC DELCO #18J798
WAGNER # BH123814
CENTRIC # 15067322
RAYBESTOS # BH38845
MIDAS # BH2221
NAPA # 38845

Not sure what help you're looking for. Are you doing an axle swap, replacing a stock brake line or looking for extensions?

This hose and fitting could not be any more common. Just about every vehicle has something like it.

I'm actually doing an axle swap with the rear axle of a 91 wagoneer, I'm gonna try a jeep specialty shop about a half hour away today, since none of the regular stores here even carry the rubber brake hose
