Really Need Some Help Here.....

My '95 YJ's computer went bad and had it rebuilt but it still doesn't work. There is no stickers or markings on it so I can find a suitable replacement. Any ideas on what to do next?

The capacitors go bad after a while. When the weather gets cold, they don't do what they are supposed to do. If you put a light bulb next to the computer it fires right up. Rebuilding is just replacing the capacitors.

I see, it sounds like the capacitors weren't replaced properly. The easiest mistake is to put one in backwards. Why not pull it and see if that is the case?

I've already checked it and they are in correctly. Sometimes during the process other things can go wrong, or there might be something else wrong altogether. At this point I think I just want to replace it completely.

What method did you use to determine it's bad? The CEL or some thing else?

Because when the weather got colder (40 degrees or colder) the capacitors would fail. By putting a light bulb next to it, warming it up, it works fine.
