rci 2161a fuel cell

who is runnin this fuel cell in there YJ?? anyone have pics of it hooked up...i just got mine in and it looks like the stock sending unit/pump will fit in there...im gonna cut the hole open to fit it...the cell is 12 inches deep and the sending unit is 11.5...let me know what you guys think of this idea

search google and follow the pirate4x4.com links... tons of people go that route. only issue you will run into aside from starving for fuel at extreme angles is that the bottom inch of fuel in the tank will be unobtainable.... you will need to extend your fuel pump assembly 1" deeper into the tank..

It's actually only about 1/2" off the bottom. If you divide that up....it's barely a half gallon your not getting. I post pics of mine later today.

i actually got it all cut and ready to go...i thought i had read that there was a problem doing this but i guess not...ill get some pics of my setup tonite to as its almost ready to hit the road agian.
