Rattle/Grinding Noise With Video

So when I accelerate I can hear a rattling and or grinding noise which seems to be coming from in front of the transfer case on the drivers side, the rattling has been there ever since I've had the jeep but it seems to be getting a little louder, it gets louder the faster I go the when the trans shifts after 40 it gets real quiet but I can tell its still there, anyone have any idea what's rattling? I've went undernieth and banged on everything with my fist including the exhaust and I can't get it to make the noise unless its running. The flywheel feels tight but Idk if that could even be the cause. My jeep is an auto 2.5

Edit: I forgot to mention when I'm going like 50 and the let my foot off the gas all the way you can really hear it

Here is the video

Sounds like the exhaust hanger that is next to the transfer. Mine broke right there and it made a noise similar to that only on acceleration.
