Questions RE: heater blower motor & fender splash shields

I have a spare NOS blower motor for the heater, the original one is still fine just being prepared. Is it possible to swap the motors by removing the vent door housing on the inside or will I have to pull the entire interior heater housing?

As to the fender splash shield, I'm missing one on the driver side which is between the shock and rear of fender, outboard of the ICM and vapor cannister. Tried four yards in Denver and nobody has these little rubber shields. Anyone know where I can find one?

Thanks for your advice!
