Question about lift with tires. Different question

Hey guys. i was cutting my fenders 3 weeks ago and I went to check the stock flex on larger tires. i think they are 29s.

The fronts are good but in the rear at full flex it looks as if any larger tire will rub the fenders. More so the front end of the well.
Wont I still have the same problem with a lift kit.
