Putting in a fan
A personal use fan, not a motor cooling fan.
I am thinking about getting a 6" fan and hanging it by the rool bar, or mounting it somewhere else in the Jeep. My blower works fine, and I even have A/C, but I am often in a position where I am outside in the sun and just want to cool off a bit and it'd be nice to sit there with a fan blowing in my face that is wired to be completely independent of the key position...just sort of on/off like a normal wall plug fan. Also, how long would a fan like this run using the main battery before draining it?

go to a truck stop. they sell 12v portable fans and some with mounts that you could bolt down to your dash or to your rollbar using U-Bolts.... pretty inexpensive too.
or check eBay
