Your question is a bit vague. I would just buy a new one, open the gearbox end and let whatever fluid drain out, swap it, and top off the fluid. Is there specific aspect that puzzles you?

Are you talking about the power steering line. if you are i always just drop the steering gear box down its four bolts. the line has to be turned just right to fit up in there. you should take off the bumper cover. and if you can have one person on the bottom and one on top to guide you that makes it a lot easier. also if you get one bolt in towards the front you can kinda pivot it in
