Pros and Cons?

Why would one remove thier tracbars and swaybars?
I did a search one here out of curiosity and didn't find why.
So what are the benefits of removing the tracbar, swaybar and both?
Also what are the cons of doing either one or both?
Thanks in advance to anyone who helps satisfy my curious mind.

This has been gone over about 8 billion times, so the mods are putting all these questions into one giant thread. Take a look here:

I do know that mine rides *much* smoother and flexes better without them.
