A year is that it? I dated my wife in collage when i bought my first Yj over 10years ago. She’s been pissed about one thing or another over the Jeep ever since.

Nice treasure. I have been real lucky, the wife only asks "How much is it going to cost now??" She doesn't get pissy or anything.

If I had done that my name for the project would have been.
Project sleep on the couch,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,lol Na My girl is good about stuff like that, we are putting stuff together for a SOA. I have spent all morning cutting off old brackets n grinding, although she wouldn't kiss me till I washed my face, she didn't gripe about the noise. Dwayne

Great buy and she will get over it, (trust Me, I know). You should however, be prepared to hear about your unauthorized purchase for the next six months, you will be reminded for little or no reason. The good news is that it will still be the best $600 you spent for a long time!!!

I got an 89 Xj D44 with alloy 35 splined shafts and matching carrier (new in box) for $300. I haven't had the heart to tell her yet. I think I'll just let that one be a surprise....................... She hates suprises. ![]() She is usually very understanding. She let me sell our last house to move 2 doors down into an exact copy of our house. The difference is that PO had added a 3 car garage to this house and I only had a 2 car. I told her I needed more room to work, she agreed. Last edited by Why J?; 04-06-2009 at 02:19 PM. |
