The gauges come with sending units that replace the stock jeep ones since they don't work with any aftermarket gauges.

I'm getting Dan to make me a CYJ dash, just the left and center sections, I want to keep my Tuffy box. I'll be using the CJ gauges, YJ heater/vent controls, YJ headlight switches, the YJ hardtop switches and aux light switches, and the YJ dash pad. It'll be sweet when it's done, We already have the design nailed down and the dash is off to the laser cutter as I type. Dan is a great guy to deal with!!!

Also looking to do this mod with Autometer gauges. Did you use mechanical or electric gauges?
Would either one work?

How did you connect your indicator lights? do you cut the connector and do a straight wire to wire connection?
