Project: Linked YJ

What I started with

-RE 2.5" springs
-33" MTZ's
-Dana 30 with lockright 4.88 gears
-Dana 44 with ox locker 4.88 gears

Stock skid took a good beating

So I built a trans crossmember to get the skid plate flat with the frame

Redid the cage

Then the fun started
-Rear 4 link with 7" rear stretch and XJ coils
-frame backhalf

Lower link mount

Upper link mounts

4 link

Full bump

A little more cage work

Intake

Frame backhalf

Coil mounts

More frame work

Barnes 4wd skid plate

Fuel cell mount and shock mounts

Built a new rear driveshaft

How it looked the day before KOH

At KOH and it's shake down run

Nice!

Treat every situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or play with it pee on it and walk away.
