problem idling in summer...help needed

now that the warm weather has arrived my 89 will not idle. It was fine all winter. Had this same problem last summer too. once the cold weather arrived last fall it ran like a charm!

I can't find any vaccuum leaks. What else could it be?

The same thing happens with my 87 YJ 4.2. When summer and winter come, I have to adjust the choke and idle. The choke pull off adjustment is the key to idle at start and the idle needs to be adjusted in four steps. Here is a link that may help. http://www.off-road.com/jeep/tech/258bbd/solvac.htm
