Yeah, I have a carb on my engine. So it just kinda dribbles out a bit.

I'd put a fuel pressure tester on it, check and verify fuel pressure first. Use a fuel pressure tester gauge. Go from there.

I'd be checking fuses and try swaping the fuel pump relay with the horn relay.
