Posi-lock??

My shift light is not comming on and my front wheels are not engaging. Honestly how tough is it to install a posi-lock system, it looks pretty straight forward but some of the stuff seems kind of tough. Also are the advantages worth it or should i just try to fix the vacumm system. Im not a crazy off-roader yet, but I do NEED 4wd. Also my transfer case is blowing oil out the back. I remeber reading an article on here where someone explained how to replace that gasket, but i cant find it. Does anyone know where i could find a good tech article on this. Thanks for all the help guys....

Both are answered in the FAQ

Naekid consolidated the T-case seal write up I did in there a few weeks ago. Posi-lok is easy to install if you buy the kit. I don't imagine the homemade version is much harder.

I'm about 2 hours north of the city, almost dead center between it and Binghamton. About 4 hours from you. There's a couple guys around here from up there though.
