i have a snap on puller, after breaking multiple shotty pullers i decided to get a good one. i couldn't cut mine because i still needed it.

I agree. I use it frequently for tools I can't justify paying for at the moment. Especially for installs I hope to do only once (ball joints, pitman arms, seal drivers, etc)

I love the loan a tool programs, save you from having to buy your own when you really only need it once, plus if you need it again, borrow it again. Simple. Plus if you get the right tool for the job, you don't have to buy an angle grinder and risk messing something up. Just my opinion.
