This thread is a perfect example of the greatness of the Jeeping community. No where else would people pose their vehicles in such a manner that most people would believe it is stuck. Since YJ's never get stuck even the stock height ones on bald tires, it is such a nice gesture that all of you would do this to make other owners of lesser jeeps feel that they are part of a big family.

Kudos to all of you.

this completely sucked. it was march, very cold and I tried this hole. it looked so small that there was no way i couldn't make it through. I gassed it and went in and bam! started to sink to the center of the earth. it ended up sinking past the seats and we were sitting in the freezing water. what I didn't know at the time was the front driveshaft hit the oil filter splitting it open and all that silty water went into the motor and killed it the burban pulling me out ended up removing his passenger rear quarter on a tree on a very tight trail.

This was me stuck in mud, water, ice about 8" thick. The only thing is i got lucky and i was able to break myself free and power out of it.. If i wasnt able to get myself out, I would have been screwed, Would have had to wait till spring so the ice would melt....

Here is another one of me getting stuck in a little hole that was about 5 feet deep and full of mud. It was like hitting a brick wall when i tried to go thru it.. It took about 2 hrs to get me out with trying to be pulled out . Finally I took my winch cable and wrapped it around the base of a big tree and pull myself out.. It definatly took it toll on my winch. It was crying the whole time..

This was from my first time off-roading... I probably could have gotten out of this one, but I was a newb.

Yes, I purposely went off the dirt road through this. My buddy in the bronco got stuff the week before as well.
