Your hoses are definitely not setup right. I'll have to post up pics of mine when I get a chance. Both of the hoses coming of the TB cover route to the airbox.

89 YJ Wrangler 2.5L, all stock for now.

Check this out and let me know what problems I might have.
I got a new PCV valve and ordered new grommets from Q-tec, I am ashamed of myself for not thinking to replace this stuff before. Look at the grommet on the left and the new one on the right. I also ordered the emissions filter from the dealership this week.
