base coat is done, need to add more coats and touch up a bit and add decals.

geez enough bolt holes? that is why I wont take my falres of my renegade, too many holes thing would look like swiss cheese. Is that stock height? Im halfway done putting my 2.5"OME and 1bl on my renegade now. Paints looking good so far. Flat fender your front fenders also

probably gona get xenon flares. i will pot some tough looking bolts in the holes or mount a high lift and a shovel on either side.

Did you tape the windshield gasket or take the windshield right out?

i am planning on painting my YJ this summer and not sure if i want to remove the glass.

taped the windshield off, im gona get the tan and do the roll bars and the mirors. then some time nail the rims,working on the star stencil but the rain today set my plans off., driving across floded roads is fun, will post pics later.

that is the final color just need to add one more coat, wet sand it and add decals, does anyone know of anything that will protect the paint from fading while keeping low gloss or flat?

will take a while cause of hard rain and i fell into temptation to hit the floods.need to clean again.

You could use just a low gloss clearcoat. Most clearcoats come in low/semi/high glosses like most other paints. That should keep it from fading. Looking forward to seeing it.

PPG (I think) makes a clear coat that gives all paints a flat or satin look. Go to a dealer and they could hook you up. Its designed to give any paint job a flat look. Big for the rat rod guys.

To each his own I suppose, but I think your Jeep is an abortion. But keep on keeping on if it makes you happy.

EDIT: Also, anyone else think the numbers stenciled along the side of the hood are crooked?
