PAG lubricant OIL

What viscosity PAG refrigerant lubricating oil should be used to fill the compressor? Advance Auto where I bought the 4-seasons compressor says 100. On the label inside engine compartment it says 20. All I know is the lower the number the thicker the oil. Does anyone know for sure?? By the way my vehicle is a '99 XJ sport 4.0

If you bought a new compressor I'd use what that wants.
