Hello, I was just reading a post about cleaning rollbar pads and some used plasticoat to repair a few tears, is any one familiare with this stuff and if so please give some details and where can I get it if it's good. thanks

Look up sail and tarp repair tape. The stuff we patched the sails with is strong enough to hold against a 30 knot wind with a boat that ways 15,000 pounds. The sail tape is what I would recommend.
