oil leak & rough idle

Hi all new to fourm my first post hope it is in right spot.this is whats happining,1988 jeep yj with 4.2l I have oil coming out the back hose on the valve cover when the PVC is in but when i pull it out it stops, but my idle is messed up {it stalls at stop signs} I changed all the hoses to the breather, PVC and hose to PVC is good. Is there anything I am missing???????? Thanks for any help

tried messing with the carb? Worked for me.
