No speedometer after SYE install...

Recently finished a 3.5" lift & Rugged Ridge SYE install, and now the speedometer has stopped working. Speedo was working fine prior to the install, and I have checked the connections twice going to the speed sensor on the transfer case. Any idea or guesses on the issue? Blue speedometer gear was installed with the SYE, so I am not sure what the issue is. Thanks!

Sounds like you need to reclock the sensor. There are numbers at four points on the outside edge of the sensor that will correspond with the number of teeth on your gear. You need to make sure that the numbers you need are in the 6 o'clock position.

Huh, never knew the orientation made any difference. I'd always wondered what the different notches were for on the housing, guess I know now!

Your gear is marked with the number of teeth it has. When you clock it, the number range your gear fits in will be facing you.

So if I'm reading this right sounds to me the sensor housing is slightly off center? Thus by "clocking" it moves the gear closer and further from the output shaft. My speedo has stopped working. It registers if I use a drill on the cable but I get nothing when in the tcase.
