No Power Issue

Ok jeep is having issues turn the key and i get no gauges or warning lights, no fuel pump sound, no radio, and no start. what i do get head lights, cig liter, fan for heat/AC, the milage shows, interior lights, Door chime, wipers.
I replaced the ignition actuator and still no power, checked all fuses and relays and got Jeep to start once and problem returned.
any ideas on the problem will greatly be appreciated

what do you mean mileage shows. If it's a yj it always shows. It's mechanical not digital.
